Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026. This is written in plain language on purpose; it applies to this website. (Client data processed inside the HotelCadence platform is governed by the data processing agreement in your contract.)

What we collect, and why

• Demo requests: name, work email, property/chain name, room count, so we can run the demo you asked for.
• Calculator reports: your email and the inputs you entered (rooms, occupancy, market, scheduling method), so we can send you the model you requested.
• Attribution: the referring site, landing page and UTM tags of your visit, so we know which channels bring visitors. This is not tied to any advertising ID.

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising, run no ad trackers, and therefore show no consent banner. Site analytics, when enabled, are cookie-free and aggregate (Plausible / Cloudflare Web Analytics).

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and processed by Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., US, with global edge infrastructure). Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Emails to you are sent through Resend. Demo scheduling runs on Cal.com. Each provider processes only what that function needs.

How long we keep it

Lead records are kept while the conversation is live and deleted on request at any time. Email hello@hotelcadence.com and we will delete your records within 30 days and confirm.

Your rights

Wherever you are in APAC, we apply the same standard: you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, consistent with Singapore's and Thailand's PDPA and Japan's APPI. One email to hello@hotelcadence.com does it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it and the current version always lives at this URL.
