Works with the PMS you already run
HotelCadence connects read-only to twelve PMS platforms you may already run — Oracle OPERA Cloud via OHIP, Shiji Enterprise Platform, Amadeus, protel, Mews, Cloudbeds, Infor HMS, RMS Cloud, Hotelogix, eZee, RoomNexa and Satin PMS — and runs alongside Duetto and Hotelchamp. No rip-and-replace, no new screens for the front desk: your reservation stream feeds hourly demand forecasts and draft rosters, and hotels typically cut labor costs 6–12% without cutting guest service.
Oracle OPERA Cloud
The enterprise-chain standard, connected through OHIP, no custom interface project, one read-only integration user per property.
- ~40,000 properties run OPERA worldwide (2023 estimate)
- 3,000+ REST APIs exposed by OHIP
- 1,200+ partners building on OHIP (Oracle, 2025)
Shiji
Shiji Enterprise Platform is API-first and dominant in Greater China, the market where falling RevPAR makes flexing labor cost non-negotiable.
- 91,000+ hotels run Shiji Group technology (Shiji, marketing figures)
- API-first Enterprise Platform, built for read-only integrations
- Infrasys F&B covers via Shiji’s cloud POS where deployed
Amadeus
Amadeus Cloud Property Management (formerly Itesso) connects read-only; group blocks, wash and transient pickup all feed the hourly forecast.
- Cloud PM the standard connection; IDPMS and PM Pro scoped via exports
- Groups-ready blocks and rooming lists in the arrival curve
- Read-only nothing writes back into Amadeus
protel (Planet)
A long-standing chain PMS with meaningful installed bases across Japan, Southeast Asia and the Middle East corridor; built for fixed check-in walls.
- Cloud & on-prem cloud via API, on-premise via scheduled exports
- Hourly arrival forecasts that staff the 15:00 check-in wall
- Read-only nothing writes back into protel
Mews
A clean, open API and the fastest-moving PMS in the region, we read the reservation stream Mews already keeps live.
- +16% Mews APAC customer growth last year (Mews, 2025)
- 1,000+ marketplace integrations, hospitality’s biggest app store
- Open API read-only token, scoped per property
Cloudbeds
Strongest customer density in Thailand and Singapore, the markets where the labor squeeze is hardest and the saving shows fastest.
- 26,000+ properties on Cloudbeds in 150 countries
- #1 density Thailand and Singapore among its top markets
- REST API read-only connection, approved from your dashboard
RoomNexa
All-in-one cloud PMS: channel-manager and booking-engine reservations already land in the one stream we read, so no channel is missed.
- 1,000+ hotels on RoomNexa (vendor marketing figure)
- All-in-one PMS, channel manager and booking engine, one read-only feed
Satin PMS
The Australian front-office stalwart connects via scheduled read-only exports, and penalty-rate weekends are exactly where demand-matched rosters pay.
- Exports-first read-only scheduled exports, no interface project
- Penalty-aware weekend and holiday loadings priced into every draft
Infor HMS
Widely deployed with APAC full-service chains and resorts; outlets, banquets and rooms each get their own hourly demand line from one read-only feed.
- Full-service front office, housekeeping and every outlet forecast separately
- API-based read-only connection via Infor’s integration framework
RMS Cloud
From city hotels to holiday parks: sites, cabins and rooms share one reservation stream, and casual rosters flex with the Friday arrival surge.
- REST API read-only credentials, revocable at any time
- Penalty-aware weekend and holiday loadings priced into every draft
Hotelogix
Popular cloud PMS with independents and small chains across India and Southeast Asia; multi-property groups connect on one read-only feed.
- Multi-property small chains roll up into one portfolio view
- Cloud read-only scope approved from the admin console
eZee (Yanolja Cloud)
High-volume cloud PMS across India and Southeast Asia, part of the Yanolja Cloud hospitality stack; built for short-lead OTA pickup patterns.
- eZee Absolute the standard connection; FrontDesk scoped via exports
- Short-lead OTA pickup re-forecast daily, rosters flag stale shifts
Duetto
Duetto prices demand; HotelCadence staffs it. Both read the same PMS reality, one optimizes the revenue line, the other the largest controllable cost.
HotelCadence alongside Duetto →duettocloud.com ↗Hotelchamp
Hotelchamp wins the direct booking; HotelCadence staffs the desk so the promise holds at check-in. Its bookings land in your PMS, nothing extra to connect.
HotelCadence alongside Hotelchamp →hotelchamp.com ↗Why read-only, and why it matters
Your PMS stays the system of record. HotelCadence reads the reservation stream it already produces and turns it into hotel demand forecasting per department, per hour, then into draft rosters through AI hotel staff scheduling. Nothing writes back, so there is no risk to rates, reservations or guest profiles.
The cost of waiting is not abstract: a 250-room property typically leaks US$2,000–4,000 a week to mis-staffed shifts (6–12% of a labor line that runs 32.4% of revenue, CBRE, US benchmark). Put your own number on it →
Missing an integration?
OHIP alone exposes 3,000+ REST APIs, and Mews and Cloudbeds both run open marketplaces, so if your stack includes an RMS, a POS or a time-and-attendance system we have not listed, the connection usually already exists. Tell us exactly what you run and we will map it in the integration audit, before any commitment.

Integration questions IT and ops teams ask
Which PMS systems does HotelCadence integrate with?
Twelve platforms: Oracle OPERA Cloud (via OHIP), Shiji Enterprise Platform, Amadeus Cloud Property Management, protel, Mews, Cloudbeds, Infor HMS, RMS Cloud, Hotelogix, eZee, RoomNexa and Satin PMS. All are read-only connections — via each platform’s APIs, or scheduled exports where an installation is on-premise.
Do we have to change or replace our PMS?
No. HotelCadence sits on top of the PMS you already run. Your PMS stays the system of record, front-desk screens do not change, and nothing is written back. If the pilot ends, you switch us off and your PMS is exactly as it was.
How long does a PMS integration take?
Your administrator grants read-only access, we backfill up to two years of reservation history, calibrate the demand forecast against your actuals, and go live. Integration is included in the 90-day pilot (from US$7,500).
Does HotelCadence write anything back into our PMS?
No. The connection is strictly read-only. Forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence; your managers review and approve them there. Rates, reservations and guest profiles in the PMS are never touched.
We run different PMSs across the portfolio, is that a problem?
No, and it is common in APAC chains. OPERA Cloud properties connect via OHIP, Shiji properties via the Enterprise Platform API, Mews and Cloudbeds via their own APIs, and all of them roll up into one portfolio view with the same per-department, per-hour forecasts.
What data do you actually need?
Reservations and pickup, arrivals and departures, occupancy, rate and segment, and F&B covers where the PMS captures them. Counts, dates and rates, no guest-identifying data is required for forecasting or scheduling.
