Pricing

Four cumulative packages. Every deployment starts with a fixed-scope 90-day pilot from US$7,500, credited against year one when you roll out. For context: a 250-room hotel typically leaks US$100,000–200,000 a year to mis-staffed shifts, put your own number on that first, then read the prices below.

What's inside

What each package unlocks

Packages are cumulative: each one includes everything below it. The pilot runs Predict and automate end-to-end, so you evaluate the AI, not a demo tier.

Run the day

  • Workforce scheduling. Clear daily, weekly and monthly rosters per department, with shift templates, open shifts and conflict checks.
  • Time tracking & attendance. Clock in via terminal, app or manual entry, whatever fits each property.
  • Leave & absence management. Requests, balances and sickness in one place, so the roster always knows who is available.
  • Reports. Hours, overtime, labor cost and coverage, readable by a department head, exportable by finance.
  • Roles & permissions. Define who schedules, who approves and who views, per property and per department.
  • Employee app. Schedules, shift swaps and requests on Android and iOS.
  • Team newsfeed. Updates and announcements where the whole team already looks: next to their shifts.

Connect and steer

Everything in Run the day, plus:

  • PMS & POS integrations. Read-only connections to OPERA Cloud, Mews, Cloudbeds and Shiji, plus POS covers.
  • Payroll integration. Approved hours and allowances flow to your payroll system automatically, no re-keying.
  • Performance dashboard. Revenue, labor cost and productivity per property on one screen, refreshed as the day runs.
  • Demand forecasting. Staffing demand per department from your own history, day of week, events and seasonal holidays.
  • Casual & agency staffing. Schedule internal teams and external casual pools from the same roster.
  • Cost-centre time tracking. Clock-ins by department and role, so labor cost per outlet is visible without a spreadsheet.

Predict and automate

Everything in Connect and steer, plus:

  • AI-powered forecasting. Hourly, department-level forecasts from live PMS pickup blended with weather, day of week and public holidays.
  • Auto-scheduling. Draft rosters built automatically from the forecast, lowest cost that still hits your service standard; managers approve every schedule.
  • BI & data warehousing. Push everything to your BI tools and data warehouse via API, no export ritual.
  • Rotating multi-shift patterns. Templates for recurring rotations, from housekeeping waves to 24-hour front-desk cover.
  • Single sign-on. One login through your identity provider, no password sprawl across properties.
  • Regions & clusters. Portfolio dashboards by region, cluster and brand, the view a regional director actually manages from.

Develop the team

Everything in Predict and automate, plus:

  • Performance management. One picture of employee performance, with a 9-grid matrix that helps department heads spot future supervisors and build stronger teams.
  • Skills & certification management. Competencies, certificates and cross-training in one view: see the gaps before they reach the roster, and feed the scheduler's skill constraints automatically.
  • Employee social hub & chat. Reach the whole property, a team or one person in the same place they check their shifts, no fragmented chat apps.

Pricing questions, answered plainly

How much does HotelCadence cost?

Four packages: Run the day at US$6, Connect and steer at US$7, Predict and automate at US$8 and Develop the team at US$9 per scheduled employee per month. New clients start with a fixed-scope 90-day pilot from US$7,500 per property, fully credited against the first-year subscription when you roll out.

What does the pilot include?

The full Predict and automate package on your own property: baseline audit, PMS integration (OPERA Cloud via OHIP, Mews, Cloudbeds or Shiji), forecast calibration on your history, auto-scheduled rosters for the pilot departments, and monthly measurement against the agreed baseline. Fixed scope, fixed price.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The pilot is 90 days; the subscription is annual and does not auto-renew into anything longer. The measurement report is yours either way, if the saving is not there, you will see that in the same report we do.

What determines the per-employee price?

The package you choose, portfolio size, and the number of employees you schedule through the platform. Chains of 20+ properties get partnership pricing with a dedicated customer success manager.

Which features are in which package?

Packages are cumulative. Run the day covers the essentials: scheduling, time and attendance, leave, reports, roles and the employee app. Connect and steer adds the connections: PMS, POS and payroll integrations, the performance dashboard, the forecasting module, casual staffing and cost-centre tracking. Predict and automate adds the AI: AI-powered forecasting, auto-scheduling, BI and data-warehouse access, multi-shift rotations, SSO and portfolio views. Develop the team adds the HR layer: performance management, skills and certification management, and the employee social hub.

Which package should we start with?

Most hotels start with Predict and automate: AI forecasting and auto-scheduling are where the 6-12% labor saving lives, and the pilot runs it end-to-end. Run the day and Connect and steer fit properties that first want scheduling hygiene and connected data; Develop the team is the step up when turnover, not scheduling, is the bigger leak.

How does the price compare to the saving?

A 250-room property at 78% occupancy typically recovers US$100,000-200,000 a year on Predict and automate (6-12% of labor cost). At US$8 per employee per month, a typical 200-employee property pays about US$19,200 a year, so most clients cover the annual fee within the first quarter. The ROI figures on each package are illustrative for that same 200-employee property.
