Win the booking direct. Keep the promise at check-in.
Hotelchamp wins you the direct booking; HotelCadence is the workforce management layer that keeps the promise when the guest arrives. It reads the reservation data in your PMS (read-only, where Hotelchamp bookings already land) and turns it into hourly demand forecasts and auto-drafted rosters your managers approve. Hotels cut 6–12% of labor cost without cutting guest service — and nothing changes in your booking flow.

96-room boutique: direct share up, and a queue at 19:00 to meet it
A boutique that grew its direct channel found its guests arrive late — city arrivals cluster after 18:00. The desk was rostered flat at five from 08:00, so the morning idled while the 19:00 peak queued the exact guests the hotel had spent conversion budget to win. The arrival curve predicting it was in the PMS all along.

The workforce layer behind your direct channel
Three modules on one read-only PMS feed, measured against your own baseline. Labor runs 32.4% of hotel revenue (CBRE, US benchmark); demand-matched scheduling recovers 6–12% of it.

Read-only PMS access · counts and dates only, no guest-identifying data · your website and booking engine untouched.
Connect your PMS, read-only
Direct bookings made through Hotelchamp already land in your PMS, so there is nothing to connect on the Hotelchamp side. Your administrator grants read-only PMS access: Mews, Cloudbeds, OPERA Cloud via OHIP, Shiji, Amadeus or RoomNexa.
Backfill and calibrate
HotelCadence pulls up to two years of reservation history, direct and OTA alike, and calibrates hourly demand forecasts per department against your own actuals before anyone rosters against them.
Go live and measure
Forecasts refresh as pickup changes and draft rosters flag shifts that no longer match demand. Managers approve everything, and results are measured monthly against your agreed baseline.
Hotelchamp + HotelCadence questions, answered
Does HotelCadence connect to Hotelchamp directly?
No connection to Hotelchamp is needed. Bookings from your Hotelchamp booking engine land in your PMS like every other reservation, and HotelCadence reads the PMS, read-only. Your booking engine, website and conversion tools are untouched.
Will anything change in our booking flow or on our website?
Nothing. HotelCadence has no presence on your website and writes nothing back to any system. It reads the reservation stream your PMS already keeps and turns it into forecasts and draft rosters for your managers.
Why does staffing matter for a direct-booking strategy?
Direct guests booked your promise, not an OTA listing, and check-in is the first moment it gets kept or broken. The review scores and repeat stays a direct strategy depends on are won at the desk — staffing it to the real arrival curve is how the promise holds at 19:00, not just at 10:00.
Does HotelCadence write anything back into our PMS or Hotelchamp?
No. The PMS connection is read-only and there is no Hotelchamp connection at all. Rates, reservations, guest profiles and your direct channel are never touched; forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence.
Where does our data live, and what about guest privacy?
HotelCadence reads counts, dates, rates and segments, no guest-identifying data is needed for forecasting or scheduling. Hosting is in-region, with Singapore as the default APAC residency option.
Which PMS platforms does this work with?
Oracle OPERA Cloud (via OHIP), Mews, Cloudbeds, Shiji Enterprise Platform, Amadeus and RoomNexa, with others scoped via the integration audit. Whatever PMS sits behind your Hotelchamp booking engine is almost certainly covered.
