AI workforce management for hotels on Hotelogix.
HotelCadence is a workforce management platform for hotels: it reads the reservation data already in the Hotelogix cloud PMS (read-only) and turns it into hourly demand forecasts per department and auto-drafted rosters your managers approve. Hotels cut 6–12% of labor cost without cutting guest service — and nothing writes back into Hotelogix.

Goa, 68 rooms: housekeeping staffed to the weekend charter wave
A beach resort rostered housekeeping flat at five a day. Quiet midweek burned paid hours while the Saturday charter turnover needed eight and ran on late rooms and overtime. The departure counts predicting all of it, OTA and charter blocks alike, were already in Hotelogix.

Read-only access · counts and dates only, no guest-identifying data · revocable from Hotelogix at any time.
Approve read-only access
Your Hotelogix administrator approves a read-only connection scoped to the pilot properties from the admin console, a short task guided by our onboarding team, revocable at any time. Nothing writes back to Hotelogix.
Backfill and calibrate
HotelCadence pulls up to two years of Hotelogix reservation history and calibrates daily and hourly demand forecasts per department against your own actuals, blended with signals like festivals, charter seasons and day of week.
Go live and measure
Forecasts refresh as pickup changes, including short-lead OTA bookings, and draft rosters flag shifts that no longer match demand. Managers approve everything, and results are measured monthly against your agreed baseline.
Hotelogix integration questions, answered
How long does a Hotelogix integration take?
Your Hotelogix administrator approves read-only access; most of the setup is backfilling reservation history and calibrating the forecast against your actuals. Integration is included in the 90-day pilot (from US$7,500).
We are a 60-room independent, is HotelCadence too big for us?
No. Software is from US$6 per scheduled employee per month and the fixed-scope pilot is from US$7,500, credited on rollout. An independent mis-staffing 6-12% of its labor line typically leaks more than that in a quarter — the labor savings calculator puts a number on it before you talk to anyone.
We run a small chain on Hotelogix multi-property, does that roll up?
Yes. Hotelogix multi-property groups connect on one read-only feed, each property gets its own per-department forecasts and draft rosters, and the group rolls up into one portfolio view with one baseline measurement method.
Does HotelCadence write anything back into Hotelogix?
No. The connection is read-only and nothing is written back, rates, reservations and guest profiles in Hotelogix are never touched. Forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence, where your managers review and approve them.
Where does our data live, and what about guest privacy?
HotelCadence reads counts, dates, rates and segments, no guest-identifying data is needed for forecasting or scheduling. Hosting is in-region, with Singapore as the default APAC residency option.
Our other properties run eZee or Cloudbeds, does that work?
Yes, and it is a common mix in the region. Hotelogix properties connect via their read-only feed, eZee and Cloudbeds via their own connections, and everything rolls up into one portfolio view with the same per-department forecasts.
