How long does an eZee integration take?
Your eZee administrator switches on the connection; most of the setup is loading booking history and checking the forecast against your own numbers. The connection is part of onboarding.
Which eZee systems does HotelCadence connect to?
eZee Absolute is the cloud property management system from eZee, part of Yanolja Cloud, the software a hotel front desk uses to hold bookings, arrivals and departures, and the system HotelCadence reads to forecast demand per department. Properties on eZee FrontDesk, which runs on your own server, start from scheduled exports, confirmed one by one before any commitment.
Most of our bookings are OTA and short-lead, can you still forecast staffing?
Yes, that is the case the system is built for. Short-lead OTA bookings mean demand firms up days ahead, so HotelCadence refreshes bookings through the day and re-forecasts daily. Rosters flag the shifts that stopped matching demand before next week’s spreadsheet is built.
We are a 50-room city hotel, is HotelCadence too big for us?

Does HotelCadence write anything back into eZee?
