HotelCadence pulls up to two years of eZee reservation history and calibrates daily and hourly demand forecasts per department against your own actuals, including the short-lead OTA pickup patterns the region runs on.

How long does an eZee integration take?
Your eZee administrator approves read-only access; most of the setup is backfilling reservation history and calibrating the forecast against your actuals. Integration is included in the 90-day pilot (from US$7,500).
Which eZee systems does HotelCadence connect to?
eZee Absolute, the cloud PMS, is the standard connection. Properties on the on-premise eZee FrontDesk start from scheduled read-only exports and are scoped individually in the integration audit before any commitment.
Most of our bookings are OTA and short-lead, can you still forecast staffing?
Yes, that is the case the system is built for. Short-lead OTA pickup means demand firms up days, not weeks, ahead, so HotelCadence re-syncs pickup frequently and re-forecasts daily. Rosters flag the shifts that stopped matching demand instead of waiting for next week’s spreadsheet.
We are a 50-room city hotel, is HotelCadence too big for us?
No. Software is from US$6 per scheduled employee per month and the fixed-scope pilot is from US$7,500, credited on rollout. A 50-room property mis-staffing 6-12% of its labor line typically leaks more than that in a quarter — the labor savings calculator puts a number on it before you talk to anyone.
Does HotelCadence write anything back into eZee?
No. The connection is read-only and nothing is written back, rates, reservations and guest profiles in eZee are never touched. Forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence, where your managers review and approve them.
