AI workforce management for hotels on Maestro PMS.
HotelCadence is workforce software for hotels: it forecasts how busy each department will be, hour by hour, builds the roster to match, records worked hours and prepares payroll. It reads the bookings already in Maestro PMS and turns them into forecasts per department and draft rosters your managers approve. Hotels cut 6–12% of labor cost while guest service holds. HotelCadence only reads from Maestro PMS; it never changes anything there.

Hua Hin, 300-room golf resort: one week of F&B demand Maestro PMS already saw
A golf resort rostered its three dinner outlets flat at eleven servers every evening. Tournament weekends and incentive groups filled the terrace restaurant to the last table while the midweek evenings paid for five servers who watched the sunset. The group blocks and covers that predicted both were already in Maestro.

HotelCadence only reads · counts and dates only, no guest names or payment details · your Maestro administrator can switch it off at any time.
- 1
Authorize read-only access
Your Maestro administrator switches on a read-only connection, limited to the properties you start with, whether Maestro runs in the cloud or on your own server. HotelCadence only reads; it never changes anything in Maestro.
- 2
Load history and check accuracy
HotelCadence loads up to two years of booking history from Maestro PMS and checks its daily and hourly forecasts per department against what your hotel recorded, so accuracy is proven on your own numbers before anyone rosters against it.
- 3
Go live and measure
Forecasts refresh as bookings change, and draft rosters flag shifts that no longer match demand. Managers approve every roster, and you measure results monthly against the starting point you agreed.
Maestro PMS integration questions, answered
How long does a Maestro PMS integration take?
The one step that sets the pace is your Maestro administrator switching on the connection; loading history and checking forecast accuracy run alongside it. The connection is part of onboarding, and we confirm how your installation connects before you commit to anything.
Which Maestro systems does HotelCadence connect to?
Maestro PMS is the property management system from Northwind, the software a hotel front desk uses to hold bookings, arrivals, departures and group bookings, and the system HotelCadence reads to forecast demand per department. Maestro connects live, whether it runs in the cloud or on your own server, and HotelCadence only reads from it. Group bookings, arrivals, departures and covers from Maestro's own restaurant and spa modules feed the forecast per department.
We run multiple outlets, banquets and a spa, can you staff more than rooms?
Yes. Occupancy, arrivals and covers drive per-department forecasts: front office, housekeeping, each F&B outlet, stewarding, spa. Every department gets its own hourly demand line and its own draft roster, approved by its own department head.
Does HotelCadence change anything in Maestro PMS?
No. HotelCadence only reads. Rates, bookings, guest profiles and group bookings in Maestro PMS are never touched. Forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence, where managers review and approve them.
Where does our data live, and what about guest privacy?
HotelCadence needs counts, dates, rates and guest segments, never guest names or payment details. Data is hosted in your region, with Singapore as the default for Asia-Pacific and dedicated options for chains of 10 or more properties.
Part of our group runs OPERA Cloud, Mews or Shiji, can one roll-out cover both?
Yes. Each property connects through its own system, Maestro PMS here, OPERA Cloud, Mews, Cloudbeds or Shiji elsewhere, and the whole group rolls up into one view with the same per-department, per-hour forecasts and one measurement method. See the hotel chain software page for the group layer.
