Load history and check accuracy
HotelCadence loads up to two years of booking history from RoomNexa, including channel-manager and booking-engine reservations, and checks its daily and hourly forecasts per department against what your hotel recorded.

How long does a RoomNexa integration take?
Your RoomNexa administrator switches on the connection; most of the setup is loading booking history and checking the forecast against your own numbers. The connection is part of onboarding, and we confirm how your installation connects before you commit to anything.
Which RoomNexa modules does HotelCadence read?
RoomNexa is an all-in-one cloud property management system, the software a hotel front desk uses to hold bookings, arrivals and departures, with its channel manager and booking engine built in, and the system HotelCadence reads to forecast demand per department. Only the bookings are needed. Reservations from the channel manager and booking engine already land in those same bookings, so there is nothing extra to connect and no channel is missed.
We are a 50-room boutique, is HotelCadence too big for us?
No. The subscription is from US$6 per scheduled employee per month, with no long-term contract. A boutique mis-staffing 6-12% of its labor line tends to leak more than that in a quarter; the hotel labor savings calculator puts a number on it before you talk to anyone.
Does HotelCadence write anything back into RoomNexa?
No. HotelCadence only reads. Rates, reservations and guest profiles in RoomNexa are never touched. Forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence, where your managers review and approve them.
Where does our data live, and what about guest privacy?
HotelCadence reads counts, dates, rates and guest segments, never guest names or payment details. Data is hosted in your region, with Singapore as the default for Asia-Pacific.
