AI workforce management for hotels on RoomNexa.
HotelCadence is a workforce management platform for hotels: it reads the reservation data already in the RoomNexa cloud PMS (read-only) and turns it into hourly demand forecasts per department and auto-drafted rosters your managers approve. Hotels cut 6–12% of labor cost without cutting guest service — and nothing writes back into RoomNexa.

Canggu, 52 rooms: housekeeping staffed to the weekend turnover wave
A Bali boutique rostered housekeeping flat at five a day: quiet Tuesdays and Wednesdays burned paid hours while Saturday's seven-person turnover load ran on late rooms and overtime. The departure counts predicting all of it were already in RoomNexa — the same stream its channel manager keeps live.

Read-only access · counts and dates only, no guest-identifying data · revocable from RoomNexa at any time.
Approve read-only access
Your RoomNexa administrator approves a read-only connection scoped to the pilot properties from the RoomNexa console, a short task guided by our onboarding team, revocable at any time. Nothing writes back to RoomNexa.
Backfill and calibrate
HotelCadence pulls up to two years of RoomNexa reservation history, including channel-manager and booking-engine reservations, and calibrates daily and hourly demand forecasts per department against your own actuals.
Go live and measure
Forecasts refresh as pickup changes, including short-lead OTA bookings, and draft rosters flag shifts that no longer match demand. Managers approve everything, and results are measured monthly against your agreed baseline.
RoomNexa integration questions, answered
How long does a RoomNexa integration take?
Your RoomNexa administrator approves read-only access; most of the setup is backfilling reservation history and calibrating the forecast against your actuals. Integration is included in the 90-day pilot (from US$7,500), and the exact feed is confirmed in the integration audit before any commitment.
Which RoomNexa modules does HotelCadence read?
Only the PMS reservation stream is needed. Because RoomNexa is all-in-one, bookings from its channel manager and booking engine already land in that same stream, so there is nothing extra to connect and no channel is missed.
We are a 50-room boutique, is HotelCadence too big for us?
No. Software is from US$6 per scheduled employee per month and the fixed-scope pilot is from US$7,500, credited on rollout. A boutique mis-staffing 6-12% of its labor line typically leaks more than that in a quarter — the labor savings calculator puts a number on it before you talk to anyone.
Does HotelCadence write anything back into RoomNexa?
No. The connection is read-only and nothing is written back, rates, reservations and guest profiles in RoomNexa are never touched. Forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence, where your managers review and approve them.
Where does our data live, and what about guest privacy?
HotelCadence reads counts, dates, rates and segments, no guest-identifying data is needed for forecasting or scheduling. Hosting is in-region, with Singapore as the default APAC residency option.
Our other properties run Mews or Cloudbeds, does that work?
Yes. RoomNexa properties connect via their read-only feed, Mews and Cloudbeds via their own APIs, OPERA Cloud via OHIP, and everything rolls up into one portfolio view with the same per-department, per-hour forecasts.
