Your Amadeus administrator switches on a secure connection that only reads, limited to the properties you start with. Front-desk screens do not change. HotelCadence never changes anything in Amadeus.

Amadeus Cloud Property Management is the cloud property management system from Amadeus Hospitality, once sold as Itesso, the software a hotel front desk uses to hold bookings, group blocks and rooming lists, and the system HotelCadence reads to forecast demand per department. Properties on Amadeus IDPMS or PM Pro are confirmed one by one before you commit; most start from scheduled exports, then move to a live connection.
Our business is heavy on groups and conventions, can you forecast that?
Yes, that is the profile this page is written for. Group blocks, expected wash and individual bookings all flow from Amadeus into the forecast, so a Thursday 15:00 conference arrival wave shows up in the front-desk roster weeks ahead.
Does HotelCadence write anything back into Amadeus?
No. HotelCadence only reads. Rates, reservations, profiles and blocks in Amadeus are never touched. Forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence, where managers review and approve them.
Where does our data live, and what about guest privacy?
HotelCadence needs counts, dates, rates and guest segments, never guest names or payment details. Data is hosted in your region, with Singapore as the default for Asia-Pacific and dedicated options for chains of 10 or more properties.
