Your Amadeus administrator authorizes a read-only integration connection scoped to the pilot properties. Front-desk screens do not change and nothing is written back, this is configuration, not an interface project.
Backfill and calibrate
HotelCadence pulls up to two years of Amadeus reservation history, including group blocks and pickup, and calibrates hourly demand forecasts per department against your own actuals before anyone rosters against them.

How long does an Amadeus PMS integration take?
The gating step is your Amadeus administrator authorizing read-only access; backfill and forecast calibration run in parallel after that. Integration is included in the 90-day pilot (from US$7,500), and multi-property groups typically stagger go-lives.
Which Amadeus systems does HotelCadence connect to?
Amadeus Cloud Property Management (formerly Itesso) is the standard connection. Properties on Amadeus IDPMS or PM Pro are scoped individually in the integration audit and usually start from scheduled read-only exports, then move to a direct feed.
Our business is heavy on groups and conventions, can you forecast that?
Yes, that is the profile this page is written for. Group blocks, expected wash and transient pickup all flow from Amadeus into the forecast, so a Thursday 15:00 conference arrival wave shows up in the front-desk roster weeks ahead, not on the day.
Does HotelCadence write anything back into Amadeus?
No. The connection is read-only and nothing is written back, rates, reservations, profiles and blocks in Amadeus are never touched. Forecasts and draft rosters live in HotelCadence, where managers review and approve them.
Where does our data live, and what about guest privacy?
HotelCadence needs counts, dates, rates and segments, not guest-identifying data. Hosting is in-region, with Singapore as the default APAC residency and portfolio-specific options for chains of 10 or more properties.
